discriminatory (whether a logo, seal / packaging) to identify the goods /
services from a seller / vendor specific group. Distinctive mark of a business
entity that is used as a marker of identity and the products it produces goods
or services to consumers, and to distinguish the business and the goods or
services that result from other business entities.
